Laura Lee Gulledge is a Charlottesville based artist, author, and educator. Her sophomore YA graphic novel Will & Whit was selected for YALSA Top Ten Book for Teens and Kirkus Reviews’ Best Books 2013. She has also developed Will & Whit into an innovative DIT musical for teens with her team of Artners. She was the inaugural graduate from the MA program in Art Education at James Madison University and has since shared her love of visual storytelling and the healing power of creative expression across a dozen states.
